This course was created using Articulate Storyline and Engage. It was created in order to help inform Blue Shield of California providers about three key features of ​the Blue Shield of California Provider Connections Webpage. The courses are used as "how to" guides to use online tools for Professional Fee Schedules, Check Eligibility, and Claims Status Tools.

 

The goal of these courses is to get providers to go online and use these tools instead of calling in to customer service. Ultimately saving time, money, and company resources.
